1. To develop our trainees to an internationally recognised standard.

2. To work closely and directly with each individual trainee to map out and develop their personal goals and ambitions for future pathways.

3. To offer our qualified caddies and trainee's services to the wide range of opportunities both nationally and internationally.

4. To open up further career pathways and opportunities within our caddy networks for our qualified trainees.

5. To establish streamlined and on-going performance indicators and review systems to measure the achievement of these visions and goals.
